(Prices include £1.50 booking fee)

7.30pm performance

We’re excited to welcome Kate back to the Hall theatre after so many exceptional performances in recent years, and there’s no doubt few stars in Folk’s firmament are able to shine as brightly as this remarkable, interpretive singer.

Kate’s soulful vocals resonate with the wistful beauty of an earthbound angel, and she has that rare ability to transport an audience, of touching them emotionally and making each tune live vividly within their experience and imagination.

During the evening, she’ll be performing much-loved classics from her back catalogue (of over two decades of making music) together with a selection of fresh new songs from her latest album Life in a Paper Boat.

As ever, she will be joined on stage by the cream of British folk musicians who form her band. These talented artists, coupled with Kate’s unique talents and Yorkshire wit, are sure to make this a memorable concert.

‘Everybody loves and respects Kate Rusby, not just for her lovely voice, but for the way she has moved folk forward while remaining true to tradition…’ Sunday Times

(No Children under six years old may attend performances.)
